Pani Agnieszka - bardzo spoko.
Pani Agata technicznie ok, natomiast niestety pozostawiła wrażenie takie, że nie słucha instrukcji, nie zadaje pytań żeby upewnić się, że dobrze rozumie wizję klienta, nie przyjmuje uwag (kiedy na koniec prosiłam o poprawę żeby doprowadzić fryzurę do stanu bliższego swoim wyobrażeniom usłyszałam, że "nie, bo już to zrobiła"). Prawie wszystko, co powiedziałam zostało odwrócone o 180 stopni, dostałam inną fryzurę niż poprosiłam.

Przeważnie wszystkie fotele zajęte więc wcześniejsza rezerwacja terminu bardzo wskazana - telefonicznie bądź przez stronę (genialny system rezerwacji online).

I booked visit online, received confirmation, but when I came I was informed that there was a mistake and they can’t accept me at scheduled time and even didn’t offer different time. Really disappointing...
