I have been dealing with Chris and also the guys at their other store, Belrose Bikes for a number of years now. They have an excellent range of bikes and offer great, well researched advice. They offer advice as actual riders not just salespeople.
The workshop facilities are also top rate and work is done to a high standard and promptly. They also know what they are doing with high end bikes and components so you don't have to worry about trusting them with your expensive bike.
They have rewarded my loyalty with great prices and great customer service. I travel over an hour to use these stores despite there being a number of closer stores as I know they will look after me.
If you want a proper range of bikes, not like stores that just try and flog you a bike from one brand, knowledgeable staff and good support on things like warranty (if you need it) you can’t go past these guys.
